We hosted the Summer Revels at The Walks Showcase on Tuesday, 23rd June, where we were delighted to welcome clients, agents and their guests to show them our refreshed summer offering.
Hosted within our elegant marquee, set amongst The Walks, Gray’s Inn’s stunning five-acre private gardens, the showcase celebrated everything that makes Gray’s Inn one of Central London’s most unique summer event venues. Blessed with glorious sunshine, guests enjoyed an afternoon designed to inspire those planning summer parties, corporate receptions and private celebrations.
Throughout the showcase, guests explored the marquee, our newly extended terrace, and gardens. Whilst doing this, they enjoyed a refreshing Pimm’s on arrival, exceptional canapes, tacos and Caribbean food from Searcys, Bottega Prosecco, Marshfield Ice Cream and garden games, creating a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly captured summer at Gray’s Inn.
We were extremely thankful to collaborate with an exceptional selection of suppliers, each helping to bring the showcase to life:
- Searcys – delighted guests with an outstanding selection of seasonal food and hospitality.
- Bottega – added sparkle with beautifully chilled prosecco.
- Marshfield Ice Cream – kept guests refreshed with their delicious ice cream.
- Amarante London – created a stunning floral feature wall, providing the perfect backdrop for photographs.
- Velvet Entertainment – transformed the space with expert audiovisual production and lighting.
- Diageo – enhanced the guest experience by providing the Pimm’s bike, creating a memorable and engaging way for attendees to enjoy their drinks.
- Black Lines Drinks – served a range of delicious pre-mixed cocktails.
- Well Dressed Tables UK – added an elegant finishing touch with their beautiful crockery and cutlery.
The showcase was not only a celebration of everything Gray’s Inn has to offer, but an opportunity for guests to experience the venue in full bloom and explore the possibilities for their own events. From the picturesque gardens to our elegant marquee, every detail demonstrated how the space can be transformed for unforgettable summer occasions.
