Domus Building
Large Pension Room
The Large Pension Room is our signature meeting space, a grand setting that is ideal for full-day conferences for 25 – 100 guests on the first floor of the Domus Building. The inclusion of an 86” TV and microphones makes the room ideal for AGMs, presentations or hybrid meetings.
It can be complemented by two nearby breakout spaces:
- The Landing– Ideal for networking or refreshment breaks
- The Benchers’ Library – A quiet and refined space for small group discussions
Together, these interconnected rooms provide an elegant and flexible environment for a productive day of meetings or strategic planning.
10 South Square
Bingham Room
For presentations or hybrid meetings of 15 – 60 guests, the Bingham Room offers flexible audio visual set-ups. Designed with your business needs in mind, this room is on the first floor of 10 South Square and equipped with:
- A 75″ touch screen with built in PC and audio system
- Zoom or Teams video conferencing capabilities, with 1 x standing camera
- Ceiling projector and screen
This seamless tech integration ensures that every corporate meeting, whether in-person or remote, runs smoothly and professionally.

Need a Smaller Meeting Room?
We have three well-appointed rooms perfect for smaller gatherings, presentations or focused team meetings. They are all equipped with modern technology to support hybrid collaboration.
- The Holt – This room is on the ground floor and comfortably seats 12 in a boardroom layout. Features a touch screen TV with built-in PC, camera, and hybrid conferencing capabilities.
- Rose Heilbron Room – Accommodates 10 to 20 guests. The Rose Heilbron Room is also on the ground floor and is equipped with an interactive plasma screen and the ability to host hybrid meetings.
- Birkenhead Room – Also seats 12 in boardroom-style. This room is on the lower ground floor and includes a touch screen TV with built-in PC, camera and support for hybrid meetings.
Each of these rooms offers a quiet, professional setting with the flexibility and privacy needed for effective in-person or hybrid meetings.
We understand the pace of business. That’s why we offer half-day hire, ideal for breakfast meetings.
However, if you need to hire a room for the day, our DDR packages include:
- Room hire
- Bottled water throughout the day
- Catering for breakfast, lunch and comfort breaks
These packages can be personalised to your needs, providing excellent value and a stress-free planning experience.
